In this discussion, you'll learn about some self destructive behaviors  than often set up for failure, such as lust, co-dependancy and manipulation, and you will learn skills to change those habits. 

Learn how to love yourself the most, and discover why you should always put the oxygen mask on yourself first. Selfish isn't always a bad word.

You are going to want to bring a notebook to class.
