Proclaiming "Not Mine" without Guilt

Often, you may witness someone making a choice that you do not agree with. It can be easy to walk away or to remove yourself from the situation but what do you do with the guilt that rests in your body when you feel you've allowed someone to make a bad decision. In this class, we will learn about how to witness bad choices and why sometimes bad choices are good for people. You will learn why we have to allow others to have their experience without our protection. And we will learn where guilt sits in our energetic flow and healthy ways to release it.
