The Power from Looking Up & the Insight from Looking Down

We are always moving. Deadlines, goals, and schedules often keep us looking ahead. In this class, you will learn about how to connect to your personal power simply by looking up, as well as how to find clarity by looking down. This class is a practice in staying present. You will learn skills on getting back to present when you are triggered, and the spiritual and energetic reasons why we all need to slow down and smell the roses.

*Important - All class participants will be sent a link with your ticket purchase for the live class experience with Khrys on Wix Live at the date and time schedule; but, you don't have to be present to attend!! If your schedule doesn't allow for participation at this time, fear not. Every class participant will be sent with a private link to view the class via YouTube within 24 hours after the class completes.
